Samsung India Partners With Facebook to Take Its Offline Retailers Online

Samsung India has joined fingers with social media large Facebook to coach offline retailers to go digital on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp. The two firms have already educated greater than 800 offline retailers and extra coaching periods are lined up within the coming weeks.

“The presence of native Samsung retailers on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp will assist shoppers attain out to their native retailers for extra details about their desired Galaxy smartphone, and store for Galaxy smartphones on the platform of their selection,” Samsung mentioned in a statement.

“Our partnership with Facebook is helping a large number of our retail partners go digital in a big way. By leveraging the Facebook training, our retail partners will be able to discover and target local consumers digitally,” Mohandeep Singh, Senior Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India, mentioned in a press release.

The coaching helps Samsung’s offline retailers make their enterprise recognized regionally and arrange their enterprise pages and accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
